UKIP has been forced to drop a candidate because he called for forced eugenics. I severely doubt that UKIP has a eugenics agenda but this is the sort of Looney that they attract and this shows the complete lack of competence in the party. But when you willingly invite lord Monckton into your midst insanity and dishonesty is never far away.
