If you don't know I had a run in with professional liar
@tabloidtroll a little while back you can read it here. Since this run in with
one of the most deranged people I have ever meet I have made the occasional Google
search mostly to make sure he hasn't smeared me.
when i did this search i got the message from google

response to a legal request submitted to Google, we have removed 2 result(s)
from this page. If you wish, you may read more about the

Hmm interesting so checked that link and get this Notice

Well well well who has sent this cease and desist letter why
its Dennis rice Media ltd but apparently @tabloidtroll is many people despite what linguistics experts say .
Now there is credible third party evidence that
tabloidtroll is controlled by Dennis Rice and he really doesn't like it when people
expose him to the light off truth as a tabloid journalist he just isn't used to
it.
The website that seems most affected is Zelo Street by Tim Fenton probably because it is a blogspot one and Google will remove the
post as well as block the page i have asked Tim for his thoughts, no point
asking Dennis rice as I will just get a Gish gallop of epic proportions.
Update: the text of one of the many cease a decist letters is now available below from a cursory glance it seems the allegations are groundless and an attempt to annoy as the use of one picture from twitter would easily be fair use.

online harassment, is using images from and also the name of my website
(www.moneyforyourstory.com) without my consent or permission as part of an
online smear campaign. He has also posted these images on Google in the
image space. Two separate police forces in the Uk have told him that I am
not responsible for this anonymous account (tabloidtroll) yet he still
persists in making these attacks and smears.
In order to ensure specificity, please quote the exact text from each URL above that you believe infringes on your rights. If the allegedly infringing content is a picture or video, please provide a detailed description of the picture/video in question so that we may locate it on the URL in question. *

I can see why Rice is keen to suppress the evidence (which now goes far beyond the linguistic report, by the way) - when he did his creepy "TabloidTroll" hit piece on me, he published a pack of lies and distortions and rounded off by criticising me for opposing the English Defence League!
ReplyDeleteHe just gets odder and odder, i had read that piece about you yesterday and was just stunned by it i have never seen anyone so.... so tabloid news. He seems to think you can make things true if you repeat the lie often enough. He just goes to amazing lengths to try and hurt others, if is a person who is not afraid of physical confrontation tabloidtroll be a genuinly dangerous person.
ReplyDeleteI think i will do another piece on him a fortnight highlighting his love of personal attacks whilst avoiding a direct reply to criticism. To me that is telling.
There was a time when hacks were able to set the agenda more less unchallenged - that's now changed, but thugs and liars such as Rice are turning to intimidation to reassert the natural order. It's very telling that there was a gang of nihilistic tabloid cronies who giggled along to it, including Neil Wallis.
DeleteYes they are comletley unused to being challenged and the natural response is bullying. The internet must be a complete culture shock, media that allows two way communication but they can't control that communication. Please do keep me updated if anything else interesting happens.
